MEMBERSHIP: Once the initial 7-day $1 trial ends, membership in the EYESIGHT CLUB is just $4.99 a week, billed monthly. Your credit card will be charged $19.95 the day your trial perioid ends and will automatically renew each following month.
MEDICAL UNDERSTANDING: The content in the Eyesight Club is educational in nature and is not to be construed as a substitute for professional care from an eye care professional and is not a treatment for any disease or condition of the eye.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: Membership will automatically renew on the day the initial trial period ends, and renew on the same date of the month at the beginning of the next membership period thereafter.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are not satisfied, you may cancel your subscription at any time. The only way to cancel is to log-in to the Eyesight Club and click on Your Membership Account Details. You will again be prompted for your user name and password, after which you can cancel your subscription. When you cancel, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee, but you'll have member access through the end of that period and won't be billed again. There are no refunds for unused subscriptions.
The Cambridge Institute for Better Vision is under no obligation to cancel your account unless you cancel according to the above procedure. Cancellation requests received by email, or any other way, may not be honored. However, if you have technical difficulties, contact the Cambridge Institute for Better Vision iand we will help you cancel.
NOTIFICATIONS: You agree that the Cambridge Institute for Better Vision is not obligated to send you any renewal or advance billing notices indicating that your credit card will be or has been charged. Your credit card will be automatically charged on a monthly basis as long as you remain a Member.
